Identity and rights for clubs
One sign-in, one member record, clear rights.
Kora keeps track, for clubs, guilds and societies, of who is a member, who may sign in and who may see which content. Your members use one account for everything your club offers.

What Kora replaces
In many clubs the member list lives in a spreadsheet, every tool has its own password, and nobody can say who has seen whose data.
- Lists in spreadsheets Versions sent by email, stale addresses, no single current copy.
- One login per tool The community, the magazine and the shop know nothing about each other.
- No record of access Who read which member's data, and when? So far, nobody knows.
For clubs
Your club in one place
The board keeps members, roles and local chapters in one place. Everything else follows from it.
- Import the member list from a spreadsheet, with German or English column names, including the local chapters below the main club.
- Invite members by email; membership, role and standing in one place.
- Fields your club defines for its own members.
- One account for your club's community, magazine and tools, with no extra passwords.
For members
The account belongs to the member
Someone in several clubs still needs only one account, and decides what each club sees.
- One account for every club and service you use.
- One profile; you choose which sections each club may see.
- An access record shows you who read your data and when.
- Download all your data, or delete your account yourself.
Digital rights
Who may see which content
Clubs, shops and publishers grant access to content. Every member sees all their rights in one list, with where each one came from.
Through your club
Membership unlocks the magazine, the community or the library.
Purchased
A purchase in the shop lands in the account as a right and works in every service.
From a publisher
A paid membership elsewhere, for example with an author, can unlock content too.
Data protection and hosting
Where your data lives
This lists only what runs this way today.
- Servers in Germany
- The database and services run at Hetzner in Falkenstein.
- Sign-in in the EU
- Sign-in and passwords are held in an EU region.
- Encrypted backups
- Daily encrypted database backups, also in Falkenstein.
- Data-processing agreement
- Every club signs a data-processing agreement (AVV) with the operator.
Kora starts with scoped pilots. Real member data enters the system only after a contract and sign-off; until then, demonstrations use fictional data.
Your data, your exit
If you leave, your data leaves with you.
- The club gets its member data back within 30 days of contract end, earlier on request, in the same format as the import.
- It is then erased within 30 days of you confirming receipt.
- Members keep their own account and profile.
Where people sign in with Kora
These services already use the shared account.
- The Secret Org community with built-in AI
- Mingle Mage card routine workspace
- Conjuring Atlas trick database
How a pilot works
Three steps, no commitment until the contract.
-
Talk
We work out what your club needs and which services belong to it.
-
Test list
You import a list of fictional members and try everything out.
-
Go live
After the contract and AVV, a scoped pilot starts with real members.
